VAC Dispatch is a private workforce app used by VAC's contracted vascular-access clinicians and staff to receive dispatched jobs, track work shifts, log completed procedures, scan service paperwork, and view pay. It is not a consumer app; accounts are provisioned by VAC and the app cannot be used without one.
Solely to run VAC's dispatch operations: assigning and coordinating jobs, verifying service completion, computing pay (including mileage), maintaining service documentation, and communicating with you. We do not sell your data, show ads, or track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Data is visible to VAC dispatch and administrative staff, and is processed by the service providers that run our infrastructure (Google Firebase/Cloud/Drive/Maps, Railway, Expo, Twilio). Service records may be shared with the client facility where the work was performed and used for billing. We do not share your data with anyone else except as required by law.
Work records are retained as long as needed for payroll, billing, and legal record-keeping obligations. Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted to authorized VAC staff.
You can control location permission in iOS Settings at any time; note that an active shift requires location while on the clock, as it is core to dispatch and mileage pay. To access, correct, or delete your account and personal data, contact us at the address below and we will respond promptly.
